Kilkenny & Gomm are a small company, and to us this means that we can maintain a very personal relationship with our buyers and construct the kind of homes that they aspire to live in.
We are a small property developer, but see this as our main strength. Director Greg Kilkenny is personally involved in every aspect of the business, from initially dealing with the planning authorities and working with architects, through the build to completion and finishing. He works closely with his site- and office-based teams and oversees every detail that goes into a new Kilkenny & Gomm home so that quality is maintained at every stage.
From Carpenter to Developer
After spending eight years as a carpenter in the property industry, Greg and his business partner Alan Gomm started a sub-contracting business supplying large house builders with skilled carpenters. In 2004 Kilkenny & Gomm Developments was formed and Greg and his trusted team have been building beautiful new homes in Oxfordshire ever since. Our goal is to produce high quality family homes that stand out from the rest, and this is achieved through our passion for design and the combined skills of the whole team.
Quality, Not Quantity
The whole focus of Kilkenny & Gomm's business is to build luxury new homes of quality and distinction. We only undertake a limited number of projects each year, in order to make sure that we can concentrate fully on producing the high-specification properties which have built our reputation for quality since 2003. We specialise in building individual, larger family homes, but when the right opportunity comes along, we may take on an apartment project. We make sure that even with smaller properties, our buyers can expect the same quality of construction and finish.

Individually Designed
With an all-encompassing passion for design, each of our new homes is as individual as it's possible to be. Right from the initial concept, Greg's oversight at every level means that the house is designed as a coherent whole.
Rather than the usual practice of farming out some elements such as the kitchen, Greg's vision is seen across every room and in every style choice. Depending on the stage of construction, we also offer our buyers the opportunity to collaborate in the process and have input into aspects which make a new home truly personal.
Working With Architects
We have a team of a few trusted Architects with whom we have worked for a number of years and to whom we entrust the design of our homes. We work with them at all stages, from initial briefing to practical completion, refining, honing and perfecting the design until it meets our stringent criteria for an individual family home which we know is one that our buyers aspire to call their own, and in turn one which we can put the Kilkenny & Gomm name to with pride.
